So many to count! Italian cuisine is eaten religiously- nduja, speck prosciutto, porcini mushrooms, truffles and ALL the cheeses! Also, a sucker for a dirty, gluttonous American treat- fried chicken, Philly cheesesteaks and Texas style BBQ.
Broadly speaking, southern Italian reds are my go to’s- Montepulciano, Primitivo and Negromaro.
Yes, it's Italian. Selvarossa Dei Confratelli. A Negromaro from Puglia. Smooth as silk, loads of dark berries and spice, simply wonderful.
