Having worked in top restaurants including the Fat Duck, I bring plenty of experience and knowledge of the wine world, however, I do like to keep things relaxed - no jargon and no pressure, just good wine. Whether you’re popping in for a Tuesday-night bottle, a gift, or something special for the cellar, I'll always be happy to chat, make recommendations, and share a few favorites! Which for me, would be the Allegrini ‘Palazzo della Torre’ Corvina Blend from Valpolicella in Italy. Superb, dense and cherry rich, 92 point wine.
