Borgo San Lorenzo lies between the ancient Soave and Monteforte castles where the oldest and very best vineyards are found. Their winemaker crafted this white from a combination of crisp, zingy Garganega, selected from old vines for extra concentration, and delicate, nutty Trebbiano, leaving the grapes on their skins for a short while for extra complexity.
