The Wine
As you’ll be able to tell from the colour of Le Bâtard, this is a full bodied rosé with plenty of fruit. It’s made largely from that southern Rhône variety Grenache, mainstay of Châteauneuf du Pape, but also known, particularly in Spain, for stand-out rosado.
